REGISTRATION

Please make sure you have downloaded the abstract template before registering - Abstract Template Link

A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be emailed upon acceptance of the abstract. 

​

Payment should be made within two weeks after receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) 

​

Proof of payment must be sent to the organizer to verify payment made via email — ILEIC2025@gmail.com

​

The fee is for ONE (1) entry regardless of the participant(s) being an individual or a group of not more than FIVE (5) including the group leader. 

​
